Utilize zoom conferencing to connect your virtual guests

We can customize your live stream event package by utilizing zoom to connect live and virtual wedding guests. Live streaming is a great way to include friends and family who are not able to attend your wedding in person. Virtual guests can still feel connected to your special day as they experience every moment in real time. But what if you want to do something extra special when an important person is not able to attend in person?

One of the additional features we offer is our “Interactive VIP Add on” with zoom conferencing. Fred & Emotad were devastated to learn that Emoter’s parents would not able to attend their wedding. Subsequently, the bride and groom decided to have us facilitate a live zoom call with the bride’s parents. Before dinner at Hotel Crescent Court, everyone in the venue gathered together to share in the excitement. The call was broadcast live to both the in person and virtual guests. Finally, the large screen unveiled the proud parents of the bride. Happy tears were visible on both ends of the call as they conversed. It meant a great deal to the bride and her parents to be able to share this unique time together. I’m sure the groom scored brownie points with both his new wife and his in-laws for adding this bonus feature!

Capture every moment

Live streaming is not just about capturing the main event, it is also about focusing on the many details couples have spent months planning. Since this couple chose the multi-camera live stream package , with two mobile camera operators, we transitioned the scene seamlessly.  We were able to capture guests enjoying drinks outside on the meticulously landscaped garden patio with the very next camera shot highlighting the lavish table settings inside. The virtual guest was able to savor close up views of the wedding cake, center pieces, floral arrangements, food, and the venue itself. Having multiple camera shots of the various sights gives the virtual guest many additional perspectives. This allows for the best possible viewer experience.
