Waiting out the rain

Planning an outdoor wedding is always risky, but especially in Texas. With it being late August, heat is typically the concern for any outdoor event. However, while the final preparations were being made at The Springs Event Venue, the scorching hot sun slowly disappeared behind thick grey clouds while a dark front formed on the horizon. Rain drops began falling gently and a decision had to be made. Our bride and groom, Leticia and Austin, had their heart set on an outdoor ceremony. Although unsure which direction the clouds would go, they decided to wait it out. To their benefit, the rain passed but the soft cloud cover remained. The ceremony was only slightly delayed and the overcast created the ideal environment. 

Superb viewer experience 

Our bride and groom wanted their family in South America to enjoy watching the wedding in real time without missing a thing. Since they chose our multi-camera production we were able to capture multiple vantage points. As can be seen, with two roaming camera operators and two stationary camera shots, nothing was missed. The virtual guest was able to see unobstructed views of the groom’s reaction as he watched his bride walk down the aisle. Followed by close up shots of the bride and her stunning white dress. Our live camera switching allows us to move from shot to shot with a wide range of views for guests to enjoy.

Make it personal 

We love to see the personal touches couples add to their special day. Since Austin and Leticia are both animal lovers, they included their dog in the ceremony. Dressed in a bow tie bandana he definitely stole our hearts! After walking down the aisle he rested quietly with the groomsmen as he enjoyed the ceremony.

After the vows were read and the marriage was official, our couple waived farewell to their virtual guests as they made their joyful exit. This is a great way to make it personal and engage your  live stream audience.
